Introduction

The Global Open University, Nagaland has introduced the following distance learning Master's Degree Programmes in areas of Hotel Management, Catering Technology, Ecotourism, Tourism, Travel and Hospitality Management :
1. Two years Master of Science (M.Sc.) Degree in Hotel Management and Catering Technology
2. Two years Master of Science (M.Sc.) Degree in Ecotourism
3. Two years Master of Science (M.Sc.) Degree in Tourism, Travel and Hospitality Management

Decentralised Examination

The examination for the Master's Degrees are conducted twice a year in the last week of June and December every year. The Global Open University, Nagaland for the benefit of the admitted students.

Submission of Assignments

All admitted students are required to submit assignments in the form of Mini Project Reports on each of the subjects being studied by them and for getting them evaluated.

New subjects to be added on a continuing basis

The Global Open University, Nagaland has decided to update its curriculum on a continuing basis. The subjects mentioned for different semesters in the following pages may be changed should these be deemed necessary for enabling the students to acquire necessary skills in the new and emerging areas of Tourism, Travel and Hospitality.
